West Slope Casa welcomes questions from individuals, families, community partners, and behavioral health providers throughout our 17-county service region. If you would like to learn about substance abuse counseling, crisis support, DUI education, or our provider network, the easiest way to start is by sending us a message through our secure contact form. A member of our care coordination team reviews every inquiry and responds during regular business hours.
You do not need to have everything figured out before you get in touch. Many people who contact us are simply looking for information, reassurance, or help understanding their options. We can talk through what services fit your situation, explain how insurance and sliding-scale fees work, and connect you with a local partner near Grand Junction, Montrose, or one of the rural communities we serve.
What to expect
When you reach out, we will ask a few basic questions so we can point you toward the most helpful resource. Everything you share is treated with respect and kept confidential. There is no pressure and no judgment. If your needs fall outside what we provide directly, we will still do our best to refer you to a trusted organization in Western Colorado. For general inquiries, we typically reply within one to two business days.
