About West Slope Casa MSO
West Slope Casa, LLC serves as a Management Service Organization (MSO) for behavioral health services across Colorado's Western Slope region. As the designated MSO, we coordinate substance abuse treatment services, crisis services, and mental health support throughout a 17-county service area covering over 30,000 square miles.
Our MSO functions include:
- Coordination of substance abuse treatment services across the region
- Management of provider networks and quality assurance
- Administration of state-funded behavioral health programs
- Training and technical assistance for treatment providers
- Crisis services coordination and response
- DUI program oversight and evaluation services
Substate Planning Areas
Colorado's Western Slope is divided into Substate Planning Areas (SPAs) for behavioral health service delivery. West Slope Casa coordinates services across multiple SPAs:
Substate Planning Areas 1, 2, and 4
Covering the northwestern and west-central mountain regions including Summit, Eagle, Pitkin, and Garfield counties.
Substate Planning Area 3
Serving the central Western Slope including Mesa, Delta, and Montrose counties.
Substate Planning Areas 5 & 6
Covering the southwestern region including La Plata, San Juan, and Archuleta counties.
Substate Planning Area 7
Serving the south-central mountain region including Gunnison, Hinsdale, and Saguache counties.
